內容簡介:
《发动机铸造工艺及装备调试》是汽车制造与装配技术重点专业建设规划教材之一,编写和设计面向高职,针对了职业院校该专业学生的普遍认知规律和铸造企业实际岗位作业标准。

教材编写立足于国内汽车发动机铸造工艺实际情况,以气缸体、气缸盖、气缸套、曲轴、凸轮轴、活塞、活塞环、进气歧管、排气歧管等为载体,结合典型发动机铸件对汽车发动机铸造工艺进行了介绍。内容包括:绪论、铸造工艺基础、铸件处理及质量控制、汽车发动机典型零件铸造工艺、汽车发动机铸造设备调试等。在介绍通用铸造工艺技术的同时也兼顾到发动机铸造的一些前沿知识,把汽车铸造企业的一些现场实例和经验灵活融入到教材之中。全书整体上以发动机铸造生产过程—基本原理—实际应用为主线,增强内容与职业岗位能力要求的相关性,按照相关职业资格的基本要求,注重突出职业技能和职业素养方面的知识点。各章设有学习目标和思考与练习题,引导学生有重点地对所学内容进行检查,以巩固和提高所学内容。
