下面我来公布一下上述问题的答案：
第一句是错的，应改为：
A person with broad and profound knowledge usually has a better life than the one without it.
或者：
A person who has broad and profound knowledge usually has a better life than the one who does has not.
原因在于：汉语的“有”在英语里有"“with”和“have”两种译法，但是一个是动词，一个是介词。此外，根据英语的表达习惯，两个被比较对象及其修饰语最好用大体一致的结构，要么都用介词短语，要么都用定语从句。
第二句也是错的，应改为：
From my point of view dinosaurs died out millions of years ago because of the change of climate.
或者：
In my opinion it has been millions of years since dinosaurs died out because of the change of climate.
原因在于：from my point of view和in my opinion是固定用法，不能更改；extinct是形容词，而且现在完成时态不能和ago 连用。注意:短暂性动词也是可以用现在完成时态的，只是不能和一段时问连用。
第三句还是错的，应改为：
All of the people agree that compared with his masterpiece most of the book is poorly organized.
原因在于：all、most、some、many、much、few of等后面跟的名词前要用限定词（如冠词等）修饰；compare是个及物动词；而most of the book是“书的大部分内容”的意思，不需要改成most of the books。
