關於作者：
Aaron T Beck is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of
Pennsylvania, and President of the Beck Institute for Cognitive
Therapy and Research. Gary Emery is Director of the Los Angeles
Center for Cognitive Therapy and Assistant Clinical Professor at
UCLA. Ruth L Greenberg is a psychologist in private practice and
trains psychotherapists at the Center for Cognitive Therapy.
