Project one introduces NC system connection with the basic knowledge of the FANUC 0i-D system and FANUC I O unit module connection.Project two explains the design and connection of CNC machine tools, including machine power supply circuit design and connection,machine control circuit design and connection.Project three is about PMC debugging, consisting of PMC address and PMC program debugging. Project four talks about FANUC CNC system parameter setting, including basic parameter setting and servo parameter setting.Project five presents the CNC lathe structure and accuracy test, including the structure of CNC lathe and ZTXC-15 CNC lathe accuracy test.Project six introduces CNC milling machine structure and accuracy test, including the structure of CNC milling machine and ZTXX30A CNC milling machine precision test.
The book is divided into six programs among which Program one, three and four are compiled by Han Zhiguo, Program five and six by Gao Hongyu and Program two by Wang Tongqing.
