为扩大与一带一路沿线国家的职业教育合作,贯彻落实天津市启动实施的将优秀职业教育成果输出国门与世界分享计划的要求,职业教育作为与制造业联系最紧密的一种教育形式,正在发挥着举足轻重的作用。根据共建鲁班工坊的合作意向,首批埃及来华培训教师在天津参加了埃及鲁班工坊EPIP师资研修班,开展了为期一个月的师资培训。在埃及建立的鲁班工坊为埃及新能源企业和当地的中国企业培养急需的技术技能人才,实现优质资源共享。为了配合埃及鲁班工坊的理论和实训教学,开展交流与合作,提高中国职业教育的国际影响力,创新职业院校国际合作模式,输出我国职业教育优秀资源,课题组编写了《风光互补发电系统安装与调试》。
教材采用了项目导向、任务驱动的理念,构建光伏发电技术和风力发电技术基础知识与实际仿真系统实训相结合的课程内容。全书共包含三部分:第一部分为风光互补发电技术,主要介绍风光互补发电的专业基础知识;第二部分为风光互补发电系统与结构,着重介绍了风光互补实训平台的基本参数;第三部分实训项目为全书的重点内容。其中项目一到项目三,重点掌握风光互补发电系统理论基础、追日跟踪理论与实操、组件伏安特性测试技术、组件与蓄电池选择方法;项目四到项目五主要完成测试风力机特性曲线,及光伏阵列最大功率跟踪算法;项目六到项目七主要学习离网逆变器使用、并网逆变器应用,以及并网逆变器参数设置与电能质量分析方法;项目八到项目十为风光互补发电实训系统应用,运行与调试光伏发电系统和风光互补发电系统,并设计能源监控管理系统组态。
本教材由姚嵩、沈洁主编,李云梅主审,姚嵩、沈洁、李娜、马思宁、孙艳、皮琳琳、王欣、李良君参加了编写工作。姚嵩进行了框架设计,马思宁负责整体汇稿,沈洁对整体框架和全部内容进行了审核把关。第一、第二部分由姚嵩、沈洁编写;第三部分中,沈洁编写项目一,姚嵩负责编写项目二,马思宁编写项目三和项目九,李良君编写项目四,皮琳琳编写项目五,孙艳编写项目六和项目七,王欣编写项目八,李娜编写项目十。

In order to expand the cooperation with countries along the BRI routes and implement the requirements for promoting and sharing Tianjins excellent achievements in vocational education worldwide,vocational education is now playing a pivotal role because of its close relations with the manufacturing industry.According to the cooperation intention of Luban Workshop,the first batch of Egyptian teachers to be trained in China participated in the Egyptian Luban Workshop EPIP Faculty Training Seminar in Tianjin,and had a one-month teaching training.Luban Workshop established in Egypt aims to cultivate urgently-needed technical and skilled personnel for new energy companies and Chinese companies in Egypt and help achieve high-quality resource sharing.In order to serve the teaching of Luban Workshop in Egypt in both theory and practice,carry out exchanges and cooperation,enhance the international influence of Chinas vocational education,innovate the international cooperation mode of tertiary colleges,and share high-quality vocational education resources in China,the research group compiled the textbook entitled Installation and Commissioning of Wind-solar Complementary Power Generating System.
This textbook,meticulously arranged,adopts the project-oriented and task-driven concept and builds a curriculum combining the contents of the basic knowledge of photovoltaic power generation technology and wind power generation technology with the practical simulation system training.The book consists of three parts.The first part introduces the wind-solar hybrid power generation technology,mainly focusing on the basic knowledge. The second part is about the wind-solar hybrid power generation system and structure,focusing on the basic parameters of the wind and solar hybrid training platform.The third part of the training project is the key content of the book.In the third part,from project 1 to project 3,the focal points are to enable students to master the theoretical basis of wind-solar hybrid power generation system,theory and practice of solar tracking,volt-ampere characteristic testing technology of components and the method to select appropriate components and batteries.Project 4 to Project 5 mainly dwells on the curve of wind turbine performance and the algorithms of tracking the maximum power of the PV array.Project 6 to Project 7 mainly study the use of off-grid inverters,grid-connected inverter applications,and grid-connected inverter parameter settings and power quality analysis methods.Project 8 to Project 10 is about the application of wind and solar hybrid power generation training system,the running and debugging of photovoltaic power generation system and wind and solar hybrid power generation system and the designing of configuration of energy monitoring management system.
Yao song and Shen Jie supervised the compilation and publication of the textbook and reviewed by Li Yunmei.Yao song,Shen Jie,Li Na,Ma Sining,Sun Yan,Pi Linlin,Wang Xin and Li Liangjun participated in compilation and editing.Yao song arranged the framework,Ma Sining put together the overall compendium,and Shen Jie reviewed the overall framework and all the contents.More specifically,the first and second part is co-complied by Yao Song and Shen Jie.Shen Jie took charge of project 1,Yao song project 2,Ma sining project 3 and project 9,Li Liangjun project 4,Pi Linlin project 5,Sun Yan project 6 and 7,Wang Xin project 8,Li Na project 10.
