(1) LLC (Limited Liability Company) A limited liability company (LLC) is a business structure in the U.S. that protects its owners from personal responsibility for its debts or liabilities. Limited liability companies are hybrid entities that combine the characteristics of a corporation with those of a partnership or sole proprietorship. 有限责任公司(LLC),美国的一种业务结构,可保护其所有者免于对其债务或负债承担个人责任。有限责任公司是结合了公司特征与合伙企业或独资企业特征的混合实体。
