在扩大与一带一路沿线国家的职业教育合作,贯彻落实天津市启动实施的将优秀职业教育成果输出国门与世界分享计划的要求中,职业教育作为与制造业联系最紧密的一种教育形式,正在发挥着举足轻重的作用。为了配合埃及鲁班工坊的理论和实训教学,开展交流与合作,提高中国职业教育的国际影响力,创新职业院校国际合作模式,输出我国职业教育优秀资源,课题组编写了本教材。
数控机床是以数字运算为核心,执行程序代码,计算机统一各部件协调工作,来加工零件的冷加工设备,是智能制造的核心技术。主要应用于IT、汽车、轻工、医疗、航空等行业,是高速、高精、高可靠性的机械加工设备。
本书为埃及鲁班工坊的培训教材,采用中英文两种语言编写。以埃及鲁班工坊为背景,以鲁班工坊数控加工设备为载体,以培养高级技能型人才为目标,在注重基础理论教育的同时,突出实践性教育环节,力图做到深入浅出,便于教学,突出高等职业教育的特点,适合高职高专工科学生使用,也适合埃及开罗高级维修技术学校使用。
本书共分两个项目,项目一介绍了数控车床的编程与操作;项目二介绍了数控铣床的编程与操作。
项目一由赵慧编写,项目二由王安编写,刘万菊教授对全书编写进行了悉心指导,埃及老师 MOHAMED AHMED ALI BAIOUMY MOHAMED就教材内容联系埃及的实际情况,参与对内容进行合理化调整。天津轻工职业技术学院王娟、王丹阳、郭世杰、李晓彤参与了本书的翻译工作。

CNC machine tool is a kind of cold processing equipment to process components by executing the programme code and achieving the coordination of various components through computer with the digital operation as the center.It is the core technology of intelligent manufacturing.It is mainly used in IT, automotive, light industry, medical, aviation and other industries and is a kind of machining equipment with high speed, high precision and high reliability.
Taking Luban Workshop as the background, the CNC machining equipment of Luban Workshop as the carrier and the training of senior skilled talents as the goal, the book emphasizes practical education links, tries to achieve profound and simple learning and be easy to teach and highlights the characteristics of higher vocational education while paying attention to basic theoretical education.It is suitable for engineering students in higher vocational colleges and is also suitable for Cairo Advanced Maintenance Technology School, Egypt.
CNC technology is composed of two parts, programming and operation of CNC lathe and programming and operation of CNC milling machine.
There are two projects in this book.The Project Ⅰ was prepared by Zhao Hui and the Project Ⅱ was prepared by Wang An.Professor Liu Wanju gave a careful guidance on the preparation of the book.The Egyptian teacher, MOHAMED AHMED ALI BAIOUMY MOHAMED, rationally adjusted the content by contacting the actual situation of Egypt on the content of the textbook.Teachers of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College Wang Juan, Wang Danyang, Guo Shijie, Li Xiaotong participated in the translation work of this book.
