| 關於作者： |
梁林江，现任上海市第四人民医院中医肛肠科学科发展顾问。曾任上海市第四人民医院中医肛肠科主任，上海市虹口区政协常委，中国农工民主党上海市虹口区区委委员。曾兼任中华全国中医学会肛肠分会常务理事，中医药高等教育学会临床教育研究会肛肠分会顾问会长，《中国肛肠病杂志》编委，上海市中医学会肛肠分会副主任委员，上海市中医肛肠医疗协作中心副主任委员，上海市中西医结合学会大肠肛门病专业委员会顾问，上海市医学会医疗事故技术鉴定委员会专家库成员。1993年荣获国务院颁发的专家特殊津贴，1995年荣获上海市博览城“科技功臣”称号，1997年被命名为上海市虹口区卫生学科带头人，2000年荣获“上海市劳动模范”称号，2002年荣获全国“五一”劳动奖章，2008年荣获“全国中医肛肠教育突出贡献名专家”称号，2018年被评为上海市虹口区名中医，2020年被评为上海市基层名老中医。
钟盛兰，1996年7月毕业于上海中医药大学。主任医师，医学博士，上海市第四人民医院中医肛肠科主任，林氏痔科第六代传承人，第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承人。兼任中华中医药学会肛肠分会委员，中国女医师协会肛肠专业委员会委员，上海市女医师协会肛肠专业委员会常务委员，上海市中医药学会第十届肛肠分会常务委员，上海市医师协会第一届肛肠专业委员会委员，上海市中西医结合学会大肠肛门病专委会委员，第六届上海市医学会医疗事故技术鉴定专家库成员。
