卞军,西华大学材料科学与工程学院教授,研究方向为高分子材料,参与国家级项目和主持省部级及其以上项目7项,主持市厅级项目、校级科研项目10余项以及多项企业委托项目。是材料科学与工程四川省特色专业建设项目和卓越工程师项目建设的主研人员(排名第2),是“材料专业综合改革项目”校级教学团队建设项目负责人。
蔺海兰,2006年毕业于海南大学高分子材料专业,工学硕士。2011年4月调到西华大学材料科学与工程学院工作,工程师、助理研究员。

The major of Materials Science and Engineering at Xihua University originated from the Foundry Technology and Equipment set in 1978 by Sichuan Agricultural Machinery college,which is the predecessor of Xihua university In 1984,the Metal Materials Department of Sichuan Institute of Technology was established,and in 1998,it was renamed as the Materials Science and Engineering Department of Sichuan Institute of Technology Now,Materials Science and Engineering has become a characteristic major in Sichuan Province,a pilot program for the Sichuan Excellent Engineer Training Program,and a national firstclass program The major of Materials Science and Engineering has passed the National Engineering Education Professional Certification in 2021 The bilingual course of Polymer Physics has always been one of the important foundational courses in this major,receiving consistent attention and support from,colleges and majors In 2007,this course was developed into a highquality course In 2012,this course was approved as a level/provincial bilingual course Since 2017,the practice of blended teaching methods has been carried out In 2020,the course was approved as a firstclass and flipped course at Xihua University In 2021, ”Polymer Physics” was rated as a provinciallevel mixed online and offline firstclass course in Sichuan province
With the reform and opening up of China and the prosperity of the polymer industry,the demand for composite technical talents with both professional knowledge and foreign language communication and expression abilities is increasing day by day College English courses undertake the education of students′ general English,while the cultivation of professional English abilities relies more on professional teachers and courses Therefore,in addition to offering an independent course of Materials Science and Engineering Professional English,this major conducts bilingual teaching in both Chinese and English during the teaching process of the basic courses of ”Polymer Physics” This not only helps to improve students′ practical application of English,but also helps to expand their knowledge,broaden their international perspective,and promote their integration with the international community The polymer science and engineering courses in universities mainly include polymer chemistry,polymer physics,principles and techniques of polymer molding and processing,polymer blends,and polymer analysis methods This course is mainly intended for interested graduate students,senior undergraduate/junior college students,and can also serve as a reference for technical personnel engaged in polymer research and production Polymer physics is usually a basic course for polymer majors to study in universities,with certain interdisciplinary characteristics Through the study of this course,students should master the basic concepts,theories and methods of polymer physics,master the relationships between the structure and performance of polymers,understand the role of molecular motion in connecting structure and performance,and be able to solve theoretical and practical problems in the polymer industry based on the knowledge system of ”structure performance processing application” In the process of solving problems,factors such as law,safety,efficiency and cost,and environmental health can be fully considered The course ultimately provides support for cultivating specialized talents with critical thinking ability,innovation/entrepreneurship spirit,international perspective,patriotism,and professional ethics that can adapt to the needs of local economic construction and development
