谭术魁，华中科技大学公共管理学院副院长，教授，博士生导师。同时担任国家自然科学基金申请项目同行评议专家，国家社会科学基金申请项目同行评议专家，国家社会科学基金项目成果通讯鉴定专家，*博士硕士学位授权点通讯评议专家，最全国优秀博士学位论文评选通讯评议专家，*博士学位论文定期评估通讯评议专家，*哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目评审专家，*人文社会科学重点研究基地重大项目通讯评议专家，*人文社会科学研究一般项目通讯评议专家。主要研究领域为土地管理，房地产管理，住房政策。担任博学·21世纪工程管理系列教材（16部）总编，21世纪项目管理系列规划教材编委，主编教材6部（含普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材1部），出版专著2部，在省级以上刊物公开发表学术论文125篇。研究成果被有关学者公开发表论文引用318次，被会议交流论文引用41次，并被国内71篇博士学位论文、545篇硕士学位论文引用。主持完成的国家社会科学基金项目《粮食主产区耕地撂荒问题揭示及其规避研究》被全国哲学社会科学规划办公室以《成果要报》形式呈送中共中央政治局常委、委员等党和国家领导人内部参阅。
